Who we are
SuperSlim+ is operated by SuperSlim Healthcare Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Bunglow No. A/2, Bhuyang, Dev Society, Opp. Swaminarayan, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380061, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SuperSlim Healthcare Private Limited; “you” means the person using the platform.
You can reach us at support@superslim.in or +91 98985 87776.
By creating an account, paying for a consultation, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What SuperSlim+ is — and what it is not
SuperSlim+ is a doctor-supervised medical weight-management programme. We connect you with registered medical practitioners for a teleconsultation and — only where a doctor decides it is clinically appropriate — we coordinate a prescription, dispensing by a licensed partner pharmacy, and ongoing dietitian and coordinator support.
We are a technology and care-coordination platform. We do not practise medicine. Clinical decisions are made by the treating doctor, in their own professional judgement.
Medical disclaimer. SuperSlim+ is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing chest pain, breathlessness, severe abdominal pain, a suspected allergic reaction, thoughts of self-harm, or any other medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not use this platform to seek emergency help.
Nothing on our marketing pages — including the BMI calculator, indicative results and illustrative projections — is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise of any particular outcome. Weight-loss results vary between individuals and depend on adherence, diet, activity and underlying medical conditions.
Who can use the platform
- You must be 18 years of age or older. The platform is not for children.
- You must be located in India and provide an Indian delivery address.
- You must be able to enter into a binding contract, and you must use the platform for yourself — not on behalf of another person, and not to obtain medication for someone else.
- Medication delivery is available only in serviceable areas. If your pincode is not yet covered we will tell you at registration and offer our non-medication Lifestyle Program instead.
How the programme works
The pathway runs in a fixed order and no step can be skipped:
- An online eligibility check, including a BMI calculation and health-history questions.
- Registration with mobile verification, and a pincode serviceability check.
- A paid video consultation with a registered doctor.
- A structured clinical decision by that doctor — eligible, not eligible, or an alternative.
- Where prescribed, a digitally signed prescription.
- Payment for your programme, then dispensing and delivery by a licensed partner pharmacy.
- Onboarding, follow-up, and monthly clinical review before each renewal.
There is no direct-to-cart purchase of medication. Plans that include medication stay locked until a doctor has reviewed your case and prescribed for you. Paying for a consultation buys you a doctor’s time and opinion — it does not buy a prescription, and it does not entitle you to one.
Teleconsultation and the doctor–patient relationship
Consultations are conducted in line with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 issued under the Indian Medical Council Act. Your doctor’s name and registration number are shown to you and appear on every prescription they issue.
You will be asked for explicit consent to the teleconsultation before it begins. The doctor may end the consultation, decline to prescribe, ask for an in-person examination or laboratory tests, or refer you elsewhere, at any point and for any clinical reason.
The information you give must be accurate and complete. Withholding a medical condition, medication, allergy, pregnancy, or history of an eating disorder can make treatment unsafe. If you give us inaccurate information the doctor’s decision may be wrong through no fault of theirs, and we may suspend your programme.
Prescriptions and medication
- Medicines prescribed through the platform are prescription-only drugs under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Rules made under it. They are dispensed against a valid prescription by a licensed partner pharmacy — never by us directly.
- Drugs that may not lawfully be prescribed by teleconsultation alone are not prescribed on this platform.
- Prescriptions are issued for you alone. Do not share, resell, or transfer your medication. Doing so is unlawful and dangerous.
- Store and use medication exactly as instructed, including any cold-chain requirement. Report side effects to your care team promptly, and seek emergency care where a reaction is serious.
Fees, payment and renewals
The consultation fee and programme prices are shown to you before you pay, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are collected through our payment gateway partner; we do not receive or store your full card details.
Programmes bill per cycle. Each cycle is preceded by a clinical review, and a renewal proceeds only if your doctor is satisfied that it should. We may change prices, but a change never applies to a cycle you have already paid for, and we will tell you before the next one.
Changing your plan mid-cycle
If your doctor changes your treatment part-way through a cycle, one of two things happens. Either the next box is different — we re-prescribe the doses you have not taken yet, and no money moves. Or we replace the box you are currently holding, in which case a second invoice is raised against the same cycle, discounted at our discretion. Your original invoice remains paid in both cases. There is no pro-rata credit and nothing is refunded. A clinical change takes effect when your doctor signs it.
Refunds, cancellations and returns
Consultation fee
The consultation fee pays for a doctor’s time and clinical opinion. Once the consultation has taken place it is non-refundable — including where the doctor decides you are not eligible for medication. That outcome is a clinical service delivered, not a service withheld.
We will refund the consultation fee in full if we fail to connect you with a doctor within 48 hours of your booking, or if we cancel your consultation and cannot reschedule it to a time that works for you.
Programme fees
You may cancel before your next cycle is dispatched and you will not be charged for it. Once a cycle has been dispensed and dispatched, that cycle’s fee is non-refundable.
Medication returns
For reasons of patient safety and drug law, dispensed medicines cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left the pharmacy. The exception is a delivery that reaches you damaged, incorrect, or outside its cold chain — tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, and we will replace it at no cost to you.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 working days of approval.
Delivery
Delivery timelines shown to you are estimates. Delivery depends on a serviceable pincode, a correct and complete address, and someone being available to receive the package. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to the pharmacy; medicines returned this way cannot be re-dispatched.
Your account and your responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
- Give accurate registration, clinical and delivery information, and keep it current.
- Do not create more than one account for yourself, or impersonate anyone else.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the platform, and do not upload malicious code or unlawful content.
- Do not record, republish or distribute a consultation, a prescription, or any clinical material we provide, other than for your own personal medical use.
Intellectual property
The platform, its content and design, the SuperSlim+ branding, and the clinical protocols and materials we provide belong to SuperSlim Healthcare Private Limited or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use them for your own treatment. Your medical records remain yours, and your rights over your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Delivering the programme requires partners — a payment gateway, a licensed pharmacy, logistics providers, messaging and email providers, video-consultation infrastructure, an electronic signature provider, and cloud hosting. How they handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. We choose them carefully and hold them to confidentiality obligations, but we are not responsible for their own websites or terms.
Limitation of liability
We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular weight-loss result.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim connected with the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any claim of professional negligence against a treating doctor. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the platform at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we reasonably believe your use is unsafe or unlawful, or if a doctor determines that continuing treatment is not clinically appropriate. Where we do this mid-programme we will tell you why and handle any unused cycle under the refund rules above. We keep your medical records after closure for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy, because the law requires it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service, our partners, or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Where a change materially affects you we will notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, save that this does not deprive you of the protection of any consumer forum available to you where you live.
